In a crowded and competitive job market, not only do applicants need to stand out but also recruitment companies. Especially true for an emerging recruitment company. The goal of the logo design was to signal to companies that Elite Additions is a professional and prestigious recruitment company that can help surface and select top candidates to fill their staffing needs.

The design of the logo was centred around using a crown as a symbol of distinction and excellence. Which was then broken down into three distinct geometric segments through the use of space, proximity, and colour tone. Each segment is represented by an angled shape and a jewel-like element and is meant to represent distinct individuals. With the two segments in the foreground representing candidates and the one central individual in the background being the recruiter. The colour blue was chosen to convey professionalism, trust, and stability. This is further reinforced by the san-serif font selection.

This logo is more than a mark, it’s a strategic statement. It positions Elite Additions as a trusted partner in talent acquisition, capable of identifying and elevating exceptional individuals. By blending symbolism with simplicity, the design communicates both the brand’s ambition and its reliability, making a strong impression in a competitive industry.
