- Designed accessible, intuitive, and creative landing pages for various departments, receiving praise for speed and quality from internal clients while meeting AODA and WCAG standards.
- Worked with content and marketing teams to update webpages. Requests were completed within schedule or earlier.
- Assisted design and content teams with building component libraries in Adobe XD and documenting design standards.
- Consulted on information architecture issues. Leveraged data and user pattern observations to generate user-centric solutions.

- Designed digital out-of-home creative for community centre digital screens.
- Produced and provided direction for social media content which included photos, videos, visual design, motion graphics, copywriting, scheduling, and more. This led to an increase in post engagement and follower count.
- Provided direction to internal and external photographers and videographers thus improving the quality of the department’s library of brand aligned photo and video assets. Also led and provided mentorship to internal associates.
- Designed email marketing campaigns, created strategies, managed mailing lists, and developed CASL compliant best practices in collaboration with the City’s legal team and third-party vendor. The new framework influenced other departments cementing my role as a subject matter expert for the organization.
- Researched and pitched leadership on new marketing technologies and techniques. Some of the pitches led to projects that positioned the department as one of the most innovative while expanding audience reach.
- Collaborated with leadership and marketing team to build the department’s social media strategy. This improved the visibility of their offerings and engagement with the local community.
- Led the development of the department’s social media standards guide with input from leadership and staff. It made emergency messaging more efficient and consistent.
- Orchestrated the digital asset library strategy and implementation with support from IT and the internal photo and video associates. The newly organized library hosted within a dedicated server space made collaborations between departments and third-party providers more efficient.
- Consulted on digital marketing analytics and presented insights and guidance to leadership and marketing team.
- Managed relationships and budgets with various external vendors. Ensuring smooth delivery of services.
